Initial conversation
Discuss the business problem, current process, users, constraints, and desired result.
How we work
Greene Solutions adapts the project structure to the needs of the business. Every engagement begins by understanding the workflow and defining a practical first result. From there, choose a complete handoff or continue with an ongoing software partnership.
Choose this model when your organization wants Greene Solutions to deliver the agreed system and then transition day-to-day ownership to the client.
A project may include discovery and requirements planning, user and workflow definition, architecture, design and development, testing, launch preparation, deployment, approved data migration, training, technical documentation, and optional future work requested separately.
The final contract must define source-code access, hosting ownership, third-party accounts, credentials, deployment responsibilities, documentation, licensing, and any warranty or correction period.
Choose this model when the organization wants Greene Solutions to remain involved after launch. The relationship may include maintenance, bug investigation, monitoring, performance improvements, compatibility work, small enhancements, planned feature development, release coordination, technical planning, and documentation updates.
The agreement must define capacity, prioritization, response expectations, exclusions, third-party costs, and how larger projects are approved. Public pricing and unapproved commitments are not published here.

Confirm the first release, major workflows, integrations, assumptions, and measures of success.
Select an architecture and user experience appropriate to the problem and future needs.
Build in reviewable stages so important workflows can be validated before launch.
Complete checks appropriate to the project.
Hand the system over with agreed materials or move into ongoing support.
A good place to begin
Start with the business problem. The delivery and support model can be defined after Greene Solutions understands what the system needs to accomplish.
